Please follow these guidelines for your next visit. We look forward to creating beauty handcrafted for you once again.

 Proof of vaccination is required.

If you are experiences COVID symptoms or have been exposed to someone who is, please reschedule your appointment.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Your stylist may reach out to you in advance with a pre consultation questionnaire and any relevant information regarding your upcoming appointment.

All clients and stylists will be required to wear a mask while at the salon. Your stylist may also be wearing eye protection for further safety precautions.

Please arrive on-time for your appointment and allow an addition 10 minutes for parking and check-in.

Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children) for the time being.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO THE SALON

Please wait for your stylist to contact you to enter the building rather than waiting in a common area.

Your stylist will take your temperature using a no-touch digital thermometer and you will also be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your service. If you wish to read and print the waiver in advance, refer to COVID Release Form.

Please no outside food or drink in the salon. Please plan accordingly.

We will continue to practice social distancing of 6 feet (except during your service) in the salon with one stylist and one guest in the salon at any time.

All guests will be required to wear a mask with ear loops that do not block head or neck.

Please wash/sanitize hands before entering REMI suite.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

All stylists and guests will be required to wear a mask during a service and to wash/sanitize hands when needed. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Blow drying and shampooing may be limited at this time. Arriving with freshly washed hair is considerate and appreciated.

Stylists are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs and all high touch areas. Capes and smocks are one-time use only, per client. Extra time between each appointment to allow sufficient cleaning.

Your stylist may ask you to keep your personal items to a minimum, wallet and cell phone.

Hugging and handshaking and anything other than the required contact to provide your service should be avoided at this time.

All retail purchases can be ordered before arriving for your appointment. Your stylist will have product prepared for you.

Please have profile on Squareup.com set up with credit card information or prepay on Venmo.

If you purchased a gift certificate, please set up card on your phone or have redemption code available.

FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

As social distancing is difficult during service, it’s important to keep the presence of people in and out of the studio to a minimum. Fringe trims, men’s clean ups and children’s haircut are not available for the time being.

Salon hours and schedule availability will be limited due to extra time between appointments for sufficient cleaning and disinfecting. Please be patient and proactive when booking your appointments.

To stay up to date with CAL/OSHA COVID-19 Industry Guidelines, our space is equipped with disinfectants, masks, hand sanitizer, extra capes/smocks and towels, paper towels, PPE for stylists, contactless thermometer. We will practice social distancing by having one client and one stylist in the studio at anytime as well as extra time in between appointments for cleaning. There will be a service price increase to ensure a continued safe and healthy environment for our community. An updated price sheet is available upon request.
